Empower. Elevate.
Step One:
Measure Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Step Two:
Measure Underbust
Measure around your ribcage, just under your bust.
Step Three:
Calculate Bust Difference
Bust minus Underbust
= Bust Difference!

Fit & Care
Engineered with real life in mind.
This bra was developed through a year of real-world wear testing — across clinical settings, studio movement, long workdays, travel, and everyday life.
Every structural detail serves a purpose — including how it fastens, adjusts, distributes load, and recovers between wears.
What follows are insights we’ve learned.
Adaptive Band Closure
The band closure (back hook system) is intentionally designed with slight flexibility.
An overly rigid hook can require excessive grip force and create unnecessary strain when fastening or removing a garment. Instead, this adaptive closure allows for ease of use while maintaining secure structural support once engaged.
If you prefer a firmer feel, gently press the hook inward to increase tension. This subtle adjustability allows you to personalize the closure to your comfort and strength preference.
The band should sit level and secure — it provides the majority of the bra’s support.
Intentional flexibility is not weakness.
It is functional design.
Band Fit & Longevity
For optimal longevity, begin wearing the bra on the loosest hook setting. As the fabric naturally relaxes over time, you can move inward to maintain ideal tension.
This allows the garment to evolve with wear while preserving structural integrity.
Strap Systems & Personal Adjustment
This bra includes two strap systems designed for both accessibility and precision — but how you wear it is entirely personal.
We’re simply sharing what we’ve learned through extensive wear testing.
Rear Shoulder Straps
Accessible for most hands and typical ranges of motion. These straps handle daily micro-adjustments and fine-tune lift and alignment.
Front Lift Straps
Engineered for enhanced contouring and structural reinforcement. Because of their placement and function, they require slightly more dexterity to adjust — but once set, they typically need minimal refinement.
Through wear testing, we’ve found:
• Rear straps manage day-to-day adjustments
• Front lift straps are usually set once
That said, strap tension may be adjusted to any preference that feels most supportive or comfortable. Support is not one-size-fits-all — and your ideal configuration may vary depending on posture, activity, or simply the day itself.

Wear: Standard vs. Criss Cross Configuration
This bra may be worn in either a traditional straight configuration or a criss cross formation.
Standard (Straight Straps)
Balanced, everyday support.
Criss Cross (Maximum Lift & Stability)
When worn criss cross, strap tension is redistributed diagonally across a broader surface area of the upper back. Instead of vertical force concentrating directly on the shoulders, load is dispersed — increasing surface contact and stability.
Greater surface area = improved load distribution = enhanced lift with reduced concentrated strain.
For longer wear days or higher support demands, the criss cross configuration provides the highest level of reinforcement.
Fabric Recovery & Daily Wear
Because bras are not washed after every wear (and shouldn’t be), performance fabrics naturally respond to body heat, movement, and time under tension.
Between washes, textiles may temporarily relax as they adapt to your movement patterns.
If you notice a subtle shift in support, a minor strap adjustment will restore your preferred level of lift. Washing and proper air drying allow the fabric to fully recover.
This is normal textile behavior — not material fatigue.
Fit Fluctuations Are Physiological
Your ribcage expands and contracts daily due to:
• Breath mechanics
• Hormonal shifts
• Inflammation levels
• Posture
• Activity
Some days you may prefer a different hook setting or slight strap refinement. That variability reflects physiology — not inconsistency.
Putting Your Bra On
This bra is designed to accommodate more than one dressing method.
Many wearers prefer to establish their ideal configuration once — adjusting band tension and strap placement — and then pull the bra on over the head with the band already secured.
Preset & Pull-On Method
- Set your preferred band hook and strap tension.
- Leave the band fastened.
- Pull the bra on over your head.
- Make minor refinements only if needed.
Because the structure is stable, most wearers find daily readjustment minimal once their fit is established.
Traditional Method
- Put the bra on.
- Fasten the band.
- Adjust straps as desired.
There is no required method — choose what feels most efficient and intuitive for you.
Care & Longevity
To preserve structure and elasticity:
• Wash in cool water
• Avoid excessive heat
• Air dry
Heat is the primary factor that degrades elastic recovery over time.
Proper care ensures the fabric continues to perform as designed.
